Jeremy Hill - Founder & Managing Director
As the Founder and President of the JB Capital Group of Companies, Mr. Hill is responsible for the overall strategic direction and leadership of the firm. His role contributes to the development and execution of our strategic and corporate goals, which includes oversight of relationships with capital partners and the evaluation and consummation of new investments.  

Known for his entrepreneurial vision and development expertise, Jeremy was the President of several firms focusing on investment strategies and structured finance in the United States prior to founding JB Capital. With a recognized acuity for creating innovative strategies to complex situations, he has a proven track record of creative collaboration, earned multiple awards, shared his expertise as a guest on CNBC, served as a trusted advisor to growth companies and created a name for himself as a visionary entrepreneur with a highly trained eye for opportunity. 

Christopher Laurance - Managing Director
As a recognized industry leader in marketing and innovation, Mr. Laurance provides a wealth of expertise in emerging technologies, new media and real estate.  He has been sought after for his abilities and mastery by several of the worlds leading corporations including Land Rover, Jaguar, Ford, FedEx and Sony. Working in the health care industry, he was retained for his counsel by UCLA, UCI and created award winning education materials for Loma Linda University's Infant Heart Transplant Group which later became the global standard. Prior to his work in marketing, he served as President of Source Development, developing and constructing more than $200,000,000 in real estate in the Western United States.

Athlan Lathan – Director
Mr. Lathan brings over a decade of strong sales and marketing leadership and technological expertise. Mr. Lathan and his team drive the growth of our acquisition, sales and marketing business. His strong background in negotiations, finance and technology plays an integral role in the evaluation of new capital and investment partners. Mr. Lathan has successfully led both real estate and technology sales organizations in the Pacific Northwest.
  
Dieter Struzyna - General Counsel
Mr. Struzyna brings more than twenty years of superior legal expertise and corporate counsel.  He graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree from Duke University and earned his Juris Doctorate from Villanova University School of Law.  Practicing law for thirty years, Mr. Struzyna founded his own firm in 1992 dedicated to offering clients a small law firm environment with representation and expertise commensurate of that found in larger firms. His specialty in real estate law assists the firm in buying, selling, leasing, developing or managing property.  Mr. Struzyna is a member of the American Bar Association, Washington State Bar Association, and Seattle-King County Bar Association and is also fluent in German.

Larry Gildersleeve - Advisor
Mr. Gildersleeve has over thirty years of domestic and international experience in virtually all forms of residential real estate. He has held senior management positions at Hilton, Meristar, RCI and Ryness, achieving success in intense and demanding start-up, turnaround and high growth environments. He has held a variety of board-level positions with both for profit and non-profit entities, and currently serves on the advisory board of his undergraduate alma mater, Western Kentucky University. He received an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and a post-MBA designation from Rollins College in Orlando, Florida.
